Question about Me.Effect and Me.Maintained

In the wiki, it appears that these have a limit of 30, but I noticed my beneficial effects window has a good many more than this. Does this mean it's possible to "miss" maintained, beneficial, or detrimental effects if they don't make it into the 30 cut? Or are they ordered by time of appearance so the more dynamic ones will generally be in the first 30?

They are displayed as you get them. So you absolutely can miss them, and on some classes, with specific buffs, you can easily miss 10+ at a time. It's an SOE problem...
