Radar overlay - any way to make it transparent again?

I like the new radar, so I'd rather not switch back to the old one. Is there any way to make the radar window it self completely transparent like the old one?

Right now it has this blue'ish semi-transparent look. Anyone have a way to use the new radar skin without the blue'ish portion?

No. if you really REALLY want your own radar ui, with your own personal no background skin, you're more than welcome to make it yourself. There is no way to remove the background texture on the fly, otherwise I'd give that as an option with the default radar.

Old radar you were able to use the scroll ball to move in/out while the mouse was over the radar, with the new radar it seems to do nothing. That fixable? :)
