he means can u have the ratter wait a certain amount of time after a hostile leaves system before he uncloaks and starts ratting again.
I want this script too!!
It gives people the impression you are manually ratting and hence they move on trying to find other targets.
Its easy to tell when someone is botting, this feature would be awesome!!
I'd give it a 10 min wait time at a min. Once they reenter system and confirm u are still cloaked or at pos, they will leave asap.
