Timed out error

I just downloaded everything and the first time I try to run it (as admin) I get the following error:

Connected to Lavish Software successfully, but the data transfer timed out. Please try again.

Every time I try again, I get the same error. I have searched the forum and the walk throughs, but could not find a solution.

Fixed. Had an issue with my firewall.
