Track window streaming version??

I load up using the no patch. For some reason today I am seeing the running dragon on my screen so i am assuming thats the streaming version. When I enter /run eq2track the track window pops up and then disappears again. So yesterday this was all working fine track window and no streaming version. Is there a way to fix this by chance? Thank You!

SoE fubar'd the launchpad and made it streaming (again) ...they should fix it which will solve the problem.

If you go into the lauch pad, under the advance settings you should be able to switch it back to full download. Well, until soe fixes it again.. =D

You will also need to close and re-open the launchpad for the changes to take effect.
