Trouble getting to start on another computer

Hi!

I am trying to install and use isx on my other computer. It does its thing asking for my login info and stuff then unloads. I then do what it says and type in

ext isxeq2

in the blue area and it says;

Invalid extension version. Innerspace is using ISXDK v32, and this extension was built with a different version that supports the latest interface. To use this extension you need to download a new version that supports the latest interface.
Extension 'isxeq2' could not be loaded.

I have no problems with my other computer and this one also runs win7...It recieved and saved my subsciption info but wont reload.

HELP this noob

When did you download that file from that page? If it was recently, it sounds like you have innerspace or isxeq2 installed in more than 1 place on your computer. You'll need to fix that...

Ok this is weird.... I do the add game and configure. It verifies my subscription and unloads. I dont close anything out and type in

ext isxeq2

like it says to do and I still the the version issue i posted about earlier. Even though I downloaded the one that was linked above.

Now if I uninstall and reinstall i do the same thing except I close out then reload and it freezes the minute it loads. I am soooooo very confused here..hehe

Now when i install and it tells me on the steps to add game there already is a everquest2 there. Do I just make a new one?Or do I delete the one the existing one? Because when i go to configure the existing one it found the exacutable is EQ2.exe not the everquest2.exe like the steps say it should be. And it does not have the NULL in the next line like the pictures on the steps have.

On the computer that I have no problems running ISX I have to type in ext isxeq2 evertime I want to load it. Its not automaticaly launched. And I didnt have to Add New Game.

Think I might have to reinstall EQ?

I dont know how to copy and paste from the blue console where i type in but its the same thing i posted a few days ago.
Now if I exit out of isx and go to reload it it freezes instantly (not responding). I redownloaded the updated one that was posted and still does the same thing.

IMO, you have innerspace/isxeq2 installed in 2 different locations. So your reinstall/replacing the files are failing.

Search your harddrives for isxeq2.dll

If you find more than 1.. good chance it's installed in more than 1 location.. At this stage I can give you suggestions, but there is a good chance they will be a bit advanced..

Uninstall isxeq2/innerspace. Once they are uninstalled, delete any traces of them from your harddrive (search for innerspace.exe isxeq2.dll for example). Once everything is cleared, reinstall innerspace then isxeq2 and try again.

Did you search your harddrive for those files? If you join IRC I'm sure someone will teamviewer and help you..

Make sure you don't have a version of ISXEQ2.dll in your /innerspace directory. It should only be in /innerspace/Extensions.

Try deleting ISXEQ2.dll completely from /innerspace/Extensions and try loading it. If it still gives you that message, that means you have it installed somewhere else on the computer.

My suggestion is to download innerspace and reinstall it, then download ISXEQ2 and reinstall it. BOTH. Don't be copying shit until you know it's working. Then you can copy all your scripts and so forth. People need to get in the habit of INSTALLING innerspace/isxeq2 on their different computers, not copying.

Do what Amadeus suggested - if you still need help come to IRC and when ever someone is available and knows what you need they can help.
