I have two running active subscriptions to ISXEQ2 so I may run up to 6 pc's at any given time. I added a 4th pc of my own a few days ago and last night was the first time I've run it using ISXEQ2. This morning I tried to log in and received the message:

You may only use the same ISXEQ2 subscription for THREE different computers within a 24 hour time period. For additional usage, you
will need to purchase additional subscriptions. To purchase additional subscriptions, please contact Amadeus
directly at amadeusmq@yahoo.com

Am I interpurting the use of two subscriptions at once? I have run up to 6 accounts using my roommates pc but that should still fall under the 3 pc's per account rule per 24 hours. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I am not sure I understand the problem. If you ran 3 computers last night with your isxeq2 subscription and then add one this morning, I don't see a problem with that warning. It is very possible I don't understand your problem though. :)

I have anywhere from 3-6 pc's running at one time with ISX. I have 2 active subscriptions. Sometimes I stay up late and play, and wake up early to play which possibly may overlap in terms of the 24 hour period. However I pay for 2 active subscriptions, which should account for 6 pc's being used at any given time. My other issue is that both accounts are on the same paypal email and same password used to subscribe so Im wondering if that is causing a conflict of somesort.

Playing at night and waking up early should not matter as long as you use the same 3 computers per subscription. I would guess that if you try to play on a fourth computer using that same subscription, you would get the warning if it is within the same 24 hour period.

I don't know how the multiple subscriptions work, but I would guess if you used ISXEQ2 on 6 computers last night and then ran ISXEQ2 on a seventh computer this morning, you would get the warning as well.

Yes I believe Pygar helped me figure out the issue. I had installed isx on my roommates laptop while he was out of town and he fired it up today while at work which would of pushed me over the 6pc mark. However I am still waiting for a response via email that I sent this morning. Currently I am still not able to use the software on ANY of my pc's.

If this is the person that sent me an email, then it's fixed (and he realized that someone had connected a 7th computer).

If it's not, then you need to email me. Posting here in regards to subscription related concepts does no good. I always investigate and return emails related to subscriptions.
