Not sure if bug or something I am doing wrong. Have an Ogre Bruiser aligned with Neriak. Part of a guild with Guild Hall in New Halas. Ogre Craft worked well with this character until level 35 (several days ago). Since that time, this character cannot craft without having the raw mats in his possession. Even without the Ogre Craft active, when I use the in-game recipes (N) and select an appropriate scribed recipe - shows no mats. I walk to the harvest box and they are there. I have used Ogre Map to make sure I have pathed everything. I have one other toon which actively crafts (writs) on same account (human aligned with New Halas) and he works no problem. Asked a friend in the guild with an evil-aligned toon to check his and he has no issues. Any sugestions??

There is an option some where (In eq2, not in Ogre) that makes it so you do not use the guild hall box. I wonder if you have this checked. Try starting the crafting process manually and examine every single window, one should have a checkbox on it some where.

Alignment doesn't matter in a guild hall.
Tank you for pointing me in the right direction - after further research I found the problem. Apparently several other users also encountered this "bug" (??). I opened my recipe book (in this case at the Forge), actually selected one of the recipes (fulginate short sword) and after seeing all of the mats missing (red) noticed at the very bottom of the window the checkmark which disabled access to the harvest box. Once I unchecked it for any single recipe, I was able to resume my crafting the easy way. The suspicion is that this box gets randomly selected at some point when earning and assigning tradeskill points - at least that is what other users in the official EQ2 forums believe.
