Unable to Progress through the Acqusition Walkthrough

Due to a Browser or Paypal bug i was unable to redirect to the next step in the acquisition walkthrough. I don't have isxeq2 installed. The next step gives info for parameter values for isxeq in the IS config. Anyone have a Dl link for the isxeq.exe? Thanks in Advance!

THanks for the time and the link Kannkor, however i'm still at an impasse, after skipping to Setup step 1 it asks you what client you use. After selecting Traditional or Streaming (i used Traditional) the next page's paragraph starts with (Now that you have InnerSpace installed, ISXEQ2 installed, and subscriptions purchased to each product, you are now ready to setup InnerSpace to use ISXEQ2.) and of course the walkthrough goes about linking isxeq2 w/ IS yada yada. So after reading and rereading all the steps and info, i still haven't been provided any type of DL or Installation of isxeq2.
