Vanguard Emulator (vgoemulator.net)

Although the official Vanguard servers are no longer in service, there is a group of developers who plan to put together an emulator for players to continue enjoying the game. You can visit their website at http://www.vgoemulator.net

To support this project, ISXVG will remain available for users to download, install, and use on their server. It is free of charge [More Information]. I will also leave some of the ISXVG forums visible and read-only for reference.

It is my expectation that the vgoemulator folks will continue to use the current vgclient.exe indefinitely, so ISXVG should always work without needing an update. However, if this were to change, I am not making any promises on when/if I would ever work on ISXVG again.

If you have ISXVG installed, the login and password to use the software is now simply "ISXVG" (no quotation marks). You can edit your current configuration by opening the file ISXVG.xml which resides in the Extensions sub-directory within your InnerSpace installation.

For those that do not have ISXVG installed (or never had it installed), you can install and use ISXVG by following the series of pages at https://www.isxgames.com/isxvg/Acquisition_Step1.html.
