Hello,


Thanks for writing in and sorry about the high server load you have been
experiencing. I have checked the server(krackel) and discovered 2 users
that are using more that their fair share of resources. I have sent the
users an email informing them that their usage is unacceptable for shared
hosting. We will give them a day to comply before disabling their
accounts. Again I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may
have caused you and appreciate your patience.

I can not apologize enough for the issues you have experienced recently.
The load is not due to users today. The filer on the spunky cluster is
down. Our administrators are currently working to resolve this issue and
hope to have it contained shortly(1-4 hours). Again I am sorry for the
server issues you have experienced, We will try to get this resolved and
back to normal as soon as possible

Sorry about the problem experienced today. One of the file servers mounted on your machine had problems today with a failed drive. Once we removed the drive everything came back up and was rebuilding correctly. No data was lost and everything appears to be fine now. Sorry about the problems this caused you.
