use eq2harvestpath instead of eq2pather.
Thankyou so much for this, Valerian.
do you think someone could update the wikki with this info please? I just spent hours going over these forums trying to work stuff out before I STUMBLED on this post.
After reading lots of the posts here, Im almost afraid for my life, posting this. This seems to be a very agressive forum with not much tollerance for noobs, and while I understand it must be frustrating for all the experts to answer "dumb questions" all the time, from a noob point of view this whole site is very confusing, disjointed and conflicting. So at the risk of getting jumped on by the powers that be, Im going to make a couple of comments about just the wikki in the hope that it helps some other noob.

Harvesting in a zone for the FIRST time
1. Download and extract the harvestbot files to the SCRIPTS directory inside Innerspace install path.
(after working out what to do from reading a thousand other posts ((ok thats exaggerating a bit)).. it seems that this is now.. "do the "svn tortoise" thing and copy this file over to your scripts directory" or words to that effect.. for the life of me I couldnt find a file to download).
2. Edit the moveto.iss inside your SCRIPTS directory and assign the correct keys for the specified movements.
(what correct keys? and what are the specified movements?.. so far I havent done more than open the moveto.iss file and scroll down to be VERY overwhelmed with whats in there)
3. Move to the spot where you would like to start harvesting from
(this is straighforward enough)
4. Make sure you are in 1st person mode and if travelling through water are facing just slightly above centre so you don't drown etc.
(so is this)
4. Open the IS console with tilde ~. This brings up the Innerspace Session Console. Type "run eq2pather auto 5"
(and this is where I hit the brick wall and took me over 2 hours to find the answer.. maybe for an experienced gamer/forum user it might have been fine.. but not all of us are experts)
Im not trying to be a smartarse.. Im just trying to get this thing working. This is as far as Ive got so far, so Im hoping the rest of it will go a little smoother for me.
In closing Id like to say thanks to all those that have put so much time and effort into all this stuff.. Im by no means ungrateful...I know when I do get it sorted, its going to be awesome.. Im just a little frazzled atm
