Windows 10 Compaitibility, Help

Getting an error upon log in.

Tried Editing .xml like the walkthrough suggest but it's giving me a permissions conflict.

ISXEQ2 has launched the authenticiation application in an effort to obtain subscription information. If you do not see the application, please restart it so that it properly recognizes that you are in windowed mode.




Have restarted several times. Tried to edit the .xml but wont let me.
where do I go from here?!

I'm guessing you have to install a specific version of .net. I want to say it's 3.5?

Goto Control panel and select "Programs and Features" (you want the one through Control Panel for this)

Then in the left pane click "Turn Windows features on of off"

There should be 2 .NET options (3.5 and 4.x) turn them both on and let windows do its thing. Then reboot.
