Authentication Problm Not Saving UN/PW

So here's my problem. I followed the installation guide (wiki) but am still not able to get isxeve running. Whe i run "ext isxeve" i get the following message:

ISXEVE has launched isxGamesUtility in an effort to obtain subscription information. If you do not see the utility, please
restart it so that it properly recognizes that you are in windowed mode.
Extension 'isxeve' loaded
Extension 'isxeve' unloaded

Then the Authentication window pops up. After entering the UN/PW (correctly). The authentication tool says my information is verified & saved and to run "ext isxeve" again. However when I do run it again the same error repeats. I tried updating the isxeve.xml file to automatically enter the information, but no dice.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

I Followed the steps on link still no dice. When i scroll up I get:

A little more info:

OS: MS Vista Business SP2 :confused:
AV: AVG free
-I added isxeve as an exception to AVG & Windows firewall

You created the ISXEVE.xml file as it says in the webpage I linked? If so, then send it to me at amadeusmq@yahoo.com so I can look at it.

Also, in your email, tell me exactly the directory in which you are placing the file that you're creating.
