Just a warning, so far 6 Accounts have been banned.

3 23/7 Miner of a friend (no suprise)
my Miner who hasn't mined for a few days now and usually mines long sessions but not 23/7, more like 10-20h and pause.
2 Accounts from another friend, behavior like my Miner

Dunno about my main account who is able to mine aswell because it's currently inactive, cross your nuts

Bans in our Corp so far: 9

All by the same GM, one acc was over a month inactive - guess he just trashed all of them belonging to one person.

Odd thing though, my miner got banned aswell but i didn't play her for a week or two, a friend who is using isxeve aswell used her a bit, his 2 chars plus my miner got banned.
I'm thinking about filing a petition and try to get her back since she got caught up with the other chars, wasn't mining for some days and got banned anyway but i'm not sure if my main will get more attention than i want that way

Anyone ever petitioned a ban and got something usefull out of it?

Sure. Lots of folks get themselves unbanned -- or at least get permban -> tempban.

I've said this for years across several games: afk botting will get you banned. It may take years, but eventually you'll get caught.

It has nothing to do with innerspace, isxeve, or anything else -- it's simply the fact of afk botting will eventually catch someone's attention and eventually that someone will know someone else in authority. It's always just a matter of time.

I do not sell isk, and have only been using this for maybe a month i guess. I got banned. So, any ideas?

Were you botting while afk? If so, then that's why. It's not rocket science. Someone reported you and then a GM checked up on you and you weren't there -- it's very simple.

If you weren't afk botting, then I'd call up and ask. Either way, this is a silly topic for these forums. Everyone here knows that what they're doing is against the rules and that bannings are always a possibility.
