Hey,

I tried to buy a subscription with paypal.
But then paypal wants me to enter a valid credit card, because there isnt a way for debit advice procedure.
Here a screenshot of the message paypal says:

You have to add a credit card to complete the purchase. For those kind of payment you can't choose debit advice procedure.

I tried to contact the admin, but he doesn't answer to my email.
So i hope i can get some help on this way.

Maybe try contacting PayPal? It seems to me that they are the ones telling you that you need a credit card on file. I know that for some transactions PayPal prefers you to have a bank acount and a backup credit card on file in case you don't have enough funds in your bank account.

Sorry for replying to an old thread but I just had this issue myself, needed a sub and didn't have enough room left on my card after rent cleared.

The solution: Moneypak from Walgreens / Walmart / CVS / etc. You can instantly add $20-500 to your paypal with one but it has a $4.95 fee per card. Check your paypal account for further details.
