As the title says, am a new sub and yeah late coming in too isxeq2

the past few days i have been trying to get isxeq2 to run with innerspace (newsub or newnub ). i have went through the set up procedures from links and even walk through vids from youtube and i still can get isxeq2 to work with innerspace (innerspace works on it's own ).

what happens is when i load up isxeq2 either through startup or through console it crashes eq2 get 999fps b/s and have to shut game down through task manger.

the steps i have took to try and get this to work is full reinstall of eq2 also tried to change compatibility of innerspace to win 7 tried to login in to login through console & tried it via start up, so i went down the manually route to put in login to isx via isxeq2.xml tho this file does not exist in extensions so copied xml from Amadeus post put that in isqeq2>extension did not work . i dont get error report just crashes / freezes game .

i have went through command prompt to give innerspace admin rights even tried to run isxeq2 with streaming tho i know i have normal client and also trolled all the boards and still not found a answer , is there a file in eq directory that i have to replace or another programme i am meant to use with this ?

thx for reading this and hope some one has a solution

The only thing I know to do is to install teamviewer (google it) and then come to IRC at irc.lavishsoft.com , come to channel #isxeq2 and then Private Message me (Amadeus) with your computer's ID and password so I can see it for myself. You could also send me an email to amadeusmq@yahoo.com with that information. I am only working on ISXEQ2 in the late evening though, so it would not be until then that I would be able to look at it.

Honestly, if everything is set up properly you shouldn't have to make any changes to permissions or anything of that nature.

Make sure you end (in task manager) ANYTHING that you don't need to be running (even antivirus software) and try running it then. You might discover that something is causing problems there. Also, make sure that you have installed the very latest windows updates (ISXEQ2 is not supported on pirated copies of windows 7.)

So far, every person that just gets 999fps has innerspace set to USE compatibility mode. You CANNOT do this. Remove any compatibility mode options. Restart your computer to make sure it's still not in compatibility mode.

How? Where would you remove the compatibility mode options? I recently reloaded my SVN, and now the game freezes when I open the craft bot or any other bot program. I know this sounds like a REALLY noob question, but I have never worried about compatibility mode before, and I just searched for over an hour trying to find where I would make sure it is set, and cant find it.

Took a smoke break, had dinner, and came back to the problem. HA HA HA!!! Success! Found it. For all you other "noobs" out there, the compatibility mode can be found by right clicking on your innerspace icon, then going to "restore previous versions" the window that comes up gives tabs across, including (yes) compatibility, simply uncheck it and you're done.

I am still having trouble with my screen turning black, like the lights have been turned off, move around alittle, then it comes back to normal. (Dont know what thats about) Checking into it later.

Spoke too soon. Still freezing. Not on FPS999 however. The only thing I can attribute it to is downloading tortuse and doing the SVN checkout. Tommorrow I will work on it from there. I know isx is working, so I am certian it is how the file directory is set up, or a missing file, or something simple that has to do with this setup. If anyone has any ideas, please be kind to a computer illiterate and post some suggestions.
