cant run innerspace anymore

last time i had eq2 working with innerspace i got a windows error where it says this program needs to shut down then since then i click on innerspace and it pops this lavishsoft login window i put my info and it says login successful then i press ok then it says innerspace is only available for Lavishsoft subscribers
