Crashing Problem

I was playing on 1/7/16 with a single instance up I zoned into tot contested. I started lagging bad and lagged out of game. I tried to reboot and game keep giving me a crash report. I searched all day to find the answer why but no luck. Ive tried windows update uninstalling isx and innerspace but I still get the crash error when I try to log in please help.

Have you tried moving your character into a regular zone BEFORE using innerspace/isxogre/isxeq2 and see if it's a problem with being in a particular zone?

Unfortunately the only cause I can think of, is windows compatibility being turned on. How it's being turned on, that I don't know. If it's crashing and an option comes up, if it's something automated, etc. No one seems to know how it turns on.
