Does anyone here know of an EQ Botting program that actually works. I am not looking for MacroQuest (Eq Emu) or cheating websites with outdated useless information on exploits.

How I read it, was he's looking for something for Everquest (1).

I should have qualified the question. I am looking for an equivalent program for Everquest Original. Such as this EQ2Bot and OgreBot are for EQ2.

Doesn't MacroQuest still work?

EverQuest is now about 13 years old. MQ is your best bet (after you donate you get access to forums with more scripts.) It's still updated every patch as far as I know.
