Fps 999 ... Me too

I wanted to add to the FPS 999 post but it's closed. I too have had this issuse of freezing once ISXEQ2 attempts to load. It's only on my laptop which run perfect in every way except this issue. I can run EQ2 with IS but not the ISXEQ2 ext..even freezes when I manually load it. I have tried several time to solve it... reinstalled more than once ... copied all from a working version on my PC ...both EQ2 and IS... nothing works. I have seen other posts when I looked for answers so it must be ISXEQ2 not all of us. Also, my laptop is a gamer version so it's build for running games before it's specs are questioned. Running WIn7 ... compatibility mode for XP SP2/3 hasn't helped. either.

Someone should research this since people do pay. Only the right thing to do.

Turn OFF compatibility mode. I'm pretty sure, for every single person who has had this issue, they have all had compatibility mode enabled. Why? How? Who knows.
