Inner Space Problem??

hiya, after playing ok for a while my inner space updated today to version 1.15 and now eq2 has gone and it wont let me add it again, I have tried re-installing, looked on the forums but cant see anyone else with same problem or how to solve it, any ideas please? many thanks

If I recall.. that means you're trying to load a very, very old .dll not built for current innerspace.

Redownload the extensions from the source or from a working computer. Do NOT use old/saved extensions.

think it was a c++ error as when I re-installed everything again the C++ did a repair, but now I got isxeq2 loaded ok but the ogre login screen wont come up, seems I forgot my user/pass and the login screen has gone, when I type "ext isxogre" it just says in console Error: 1.10 no valid subscription was found, I know I have one I only re-subscribed a couple of weeks ago lokl

I need some help here guys
