It may be possible to find someone here who speaks Russian and is willing to help you go through it. However, MOST people (including those who work on ISXEVE/InnerSpace) do not read/write/speak Russian. The google translator is pretty decent though, and should get you close enough for us to know what you mean as long as you use simple language.
Paypal is the only method that I use for payment. However, I do have an option for paying 6 months at once without a 'recurring' payment (which does help some people.) Email me directly if you get everything else working and want to do that.
