new install of ogre not working

I had some issues on my wifes computer, I did a fresh install of innerspace & isx. The error message I'm getting is could not locate file C:/programfiles/blah/blah/EQ2Chars.inc for preprocessing. Preprocessing failed on buffer ogrebot. I did modify & rename this file as I was supposed to so I'm not sure why its not finding it. Any suggestions for this?

Have you made sure you didn't rename it as a text (.txt) file?

yep, double checked it. it is an .inc file

Did you remove the blank?

The file is labeled:
blank.eq2chars.inc
You remove the blank..
and end up with:
eq2chars.inc

I don't know your level of computer experience, so don't be offended.

Check to be sure you're actually displaying file extensions. If you're using Windows 7, you can go to Start -> Control Panel. Then open up Appearance and Personalization and click on Folder Options. Click the View Tab. Scroll down, and uncheck the box that says "Hide extensions for known file types".

Then go back and check the filename. If you don't have that box unchecked, it'll look like you've renamed it EQ2Chars.inc, but it will actually be EQ2Chars.inc.txt unless you've made the above mentioned change.

You know thats one of the first things I do when I install on my machine, but I never changed teh option on the wifes computer so good call on that. SO that fixed that problem but I am getting a new error mesage. ISx & ogre are loaded but when tryong to load ogre bot I get the following message:

No 'LoadTInfo' function found in script
Call failed
Dumping script stack

c:/programfiles/innerspace/scripts/eq2ogrecommon/ogrecommon.inc:103 (debugging disabled)
Buffergrebot:448 (debugging disabled)
ogre combat bot ended

Ah thank you so much, don't think I ever had this many problems on a set up. I blame the wife.
