new user but an old problem

Hey all, so I just downloaded innerspace, isxeq2, and ogrebot and have active subscriptions for them. When following the video tutorial I get up to the point of loading ext isxeq2 at the character log in, and I get the following message:

D:/Innerspace/Extensions/isxeq2.dll could not be loaded into memory as a Win32 library

I did a search on the forums and found someone similar in 2009 that had the same problem, so i downloaded the .dll Valaryian linked but for some reason I cannot copy and past it into my extensions folder, it keeps telling me I need admin rights even though I am the only admin on my machine. I do not think this will fix my problem since the file will be updated and I will get the same error again. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it all again following the videos exactly and I get the same error. Any help would be appreciated. If more info is needed please let me know and I will help out in anyway that I can, thanks.

Yes multiple times. I just uninstalled all my anti-virus software just incase they was causing the problem and that didn't work. I have tried installing different .dll files and those also don't work. Not sure how many times I need to restart but I have done it 4+ times. Its so frustrating because I have no idea what Win32 library even means. I have tried removing innerspace, isxeq2, and ogrebot and reinstalling them all with no luck. I checked my updates and i am up to date with .net. I am at a complete loss here.

When you re-download the .dll file, make sure EQ2 is NOT running.

Well i installed innerspace, isxeq2, and ogrebot into a different windows directory and its working fine so its that HD that I have it all installed on that is giving me the issues. Thanks A for helping me out I appreciate it. Going to reinstall windows on that directory and reinstall everything. I like redundancy..
