New version of ISXEVE

Hello. Todays you release new version of ISXEVE, but many people has his own scripts writed for previus version, and now they don.t work. Also you don.t give us time to change its to new version. So can you make build compatible with previus version of ISXEVE, and support to for some amounth time ( 30 or 60 days ) because this is not light work to make all change in one day.
I think that many people need this old isxeve to make all changes. For example my scripts write for money by others programes, and It will take some time to make changed, if now tere will be no reasone to use isxeve =(

I could write an essay on why the answer is 'no', but I don't feel like it. This is an update, like any other, and will require scripts to be adjusted. The changes should not that that long once you learn what has changed, and then your scripts will work better than they did before. You and those using the scripts will survive.

I would encourage you to hang out on IRC in the future so that you are not surprised by these things. We've been discussing it there for two years. I'm also fairly sure that it's been mentioned in various threads on the forums here as well.

If you have specific questions on how to make changes to your script, feel free to stop by and ask in IRC or you can start a constructive thread on the forums asking your questions. However, this particular discussion is over and I'm not going to be interested in discussing it further.

Oh, and by the way:

(CyberTech) the changes to evebot for beta took me maybe an hour.

I daresay that most anything you're doing could probably be updated in a day or two, if something as extensive as EVEBot could be updated in an hour. Just because everything feels broken all at once doesn't mean that it's hard to fix.

The new ISXEVE has been in public beta for almost 5 months. It has been mentioned on the forums, on IRC, in evebot startup, etc, etc, etc. Your failure to plan is not our issue.
