Performance issue?

350?

I have 60 fps with evebot stable, 60 fps without. No change whatsoever running evebot stable.

You have updated to the latest version of evebot stable via SVN, right?

v.151, right?
It's not always 350 sure thing, with 5 windows running it drops to 100-150.
With EVEbot running 2 windows keep at 30fps maximum :( It slows other games horribly too, before dominion I could play lets say TF2 with 5 eve accounts on bot, now it lags insanely even with 2.

I to am still having issues. Granted my system isnt the greatest with average of 50fps but when I have the stable script going it can drop down to 10-15 fps.

Like I said, I see zero change in my FPS when I run evebot vs. when I do not. Now, if you start running a few instances, you might start seeing some issues. EVE is not a "low end machine game" anymore. You all are going to have to start upgrading, or else you're going to have to stop running as many instances on the same computer as you were previously.

I really don't care if isxeve/evebot works for more than one instance per computer. If one instance runs without a FPS change of any significance, I consider it just fine.

You all should though make sure you've done an SVN "update" on your evebot stable directory. Tortoise SVN should report that you're updated to revision 1543 or later.

This Ama's post looks like "the performance issue has been fixed" to me. But I still have 20-30 fps with scripts running (with ~stable~ versions and stuff) while normally have 350 without. Are you guys still working over subj? Any progress and ETA?
Yes, we're still working on things.

Btw -- the best way to get help, and to give feedback so we can investigate it better, is to talk to me on IRC.

Also, I would encourage you all to install http://camstudio.org/ and make a short video so we can see what you're seeing. cam studio is free and easy to use.

In this instance, it would be useful to see the FPS meter while running in innerspace without evebot, then start evebot so we can see the evebot UI, and then see the FPS meter again.

Then, you can upload your videos to http://www.senduit.com and give us the URL for them. (Be sure to .zip your videos before uploading.)

If you do this, be sure to send us the links in private, either via forum private message or on irc.

I had a simular problem and I disabled the auto-que for skill on each toon (under my toons name in the config directory). This totally improved my fps. I just have to monitor the que now,lol

Hope this gives ya some increase in frames.

I can confirm that removing the *Training.txt files has fixed the periodic lag I have been experiencing using evebot stable.

Thank you, done, but did not really help :\

Could you please give more details regarding where it's done?
*toon name* config.xml in config directory?
Which string?

Is the issue fixed? For me EVEbot is unusable at the moment, because FPS is droppong below 5 the moment I run the bot, even before actually starting it.

I have a similar problem

Loading EVE via innerspace with ISXEVE extension gives me approx 30fps on average - I use it like this for the autopilot WTZ effect

2x EVE windows on my laptop, which is not especially powerful (not that I think it's a hradware issue either, fps figures are for comparing performance of evebot)

Running stable/evebot (for mining) drops FPS a bit - maybe 15-20fps on average

Running the trunk/evebot (for missioneer) drops fps to maybe 3-6fps
