Yea, I'm somewhat curious why you would think that any project is RIP just because of a lack of discussion here on the forums. Follow the download instructions and try it out and you'll see it works just like always. In fact, new things are always being added to it (albeit not on a daily basis.)

90% ppls dont use IRC (IRC its so hard program...) and IRC uncomfortable.

You will gain a lot if you will discuss and write more on forum.
