PvP Server

Just got 2 months free time for EQ2 and wanted to know is the pvp server version is still limited?

As far as I know the PvP server restrictions were removed some time ago. I tried the PvP server myself some time ago and was very dead unfortunately :/

EQ2 wasn't designed for pvp ...it was a bad and stupid idea. They should just unplug those servers and spend their energies developing REAL content other than pvp bullshit.

Yeah perfect example of why the idiot who coined the phrase "The customer is always right" should be shot. Enough people whined about the lack of PVP content so SOE tried to tweak things to make PVP work right in a game that wasn't designed for it. In gaming communities like this the question should always be what is best for the overall gaming experience. Not how do we satisfy that very small but very vocal 10% of idiots that think bonking other peoples virtual selves is the ultimate form of expression.

It's funny, but that sure does seem to be the standard in this country now. 10% of whiney people dictating what happens to everyone else . LOL

Of course, it might be interested if they just made it a complete free for all on those servers. EVERYTHING droppable, EVERYONE killable ..ALL THE TIME. In other words, total anarchy.

Then, it might even be interesting enough to look into.
