Shadowknight problem casting Armament and Tactics

So when I select someone from the drop down for Tactics or Armament, it will buff that person with the spell.

Then it will cancel the spell.

Then it recasts it.

Then it does this all again, again and again.

I've taken a look at the Shadowknight.iss file and I have to confess that despite finding the sections responsible, I'm not sure why this behavior is happening.

IIRC, this is a bug in EQ2, the armament or tactics buffs are returning the caster as the recipient of the buff, rather then the target. I keep meaning to change these into dumbfire buffs (if off, cast on target, if on, ignore), myself, but haven't gotten around to it. Thats not a hard code change to make, so you could probably figure it out with a little work.
