I appologize for not having the appropriate debug info yet,

However here is some more info

It appears to be across all script versions. Even my beloved .97 rev 399. (sob)

It also appears to be in the docking and undocking sequence.

It appears to be when running multiple clients on the same machine.

Verifiable on Vista 32 and XP 32.
