Use Melee causing odd issues

Pygar,
This is something I have noticed and my work around on it, When the use melee checkbox is checked sometimes at the end of a fight he will auto target another mob and set autoattack to on and the mob is usually too far and you get the dredded mob out of range message, then since mana and health regen is out the door stand there till attacked because the mana and health checks are always low.

Since this was on my SK I just unchecked that box and let my CA's kick up my melee attack and that seems to work smooth as silk without getting stuck.

Figured I would give you a heads up on that.

Hmm i might have a similar problem on my fury, sometimes, actually quite often after killing a mob it stands there with autoattack on not moving. Not sure what you mean by unchecking the CA, but does anyone know if im doing something wrong? and if so , what is it :D

Hmm figured out what the CA was, but on the autopull it sais either pull with spell pet or bow, and i guess i only have the choice of using spell/CA so i guess im outta luck there hehe

Use melee in the options tab should never be checked for melee classes.

The option was created for priests and mages and moves them to the mob and keeps them positioned for auto attack.

Any class that uses ca's should just let the CA trigger the attack. The problem being is using the eq2bot feature also enables a punch of positioning code, that you likely don't want interfering with you.

As far as your healer still in combat, was it possible it was targeting itself or another player for a heal/cure when combat ended?

This is a game bug that keeps you in combat under those conditions. I'll consider adding something to end it.
