Although ISXEQ2 does not offer any sort of official customer support, we do have an active IRC channel! There you will find many of the 'big names' of ISXEQ2 including Blazer, Amadeus, and others.

Additional Information:

You will need to register and identify yourself to the irc network before you can join #isxeq2.

To register, simply send a private message to nickserv with:

• register <password> <email>

(Example: /msg Nickserv register asdl4624 me@myself.com)

• To identify yourself, then send a private mesage to nickserv as follows:
  • identify <password>
  (Example: /msg Nickserv identify asdl4624)
  -----------------
  
  So, once you've registered, then you'll only need to identify from that point forward when connecting to the server. If you happen to go linkdead or someone else is using your nick, you can recover it by using the 'ghost' command (/msg nickserv ghost <name> <password>)
