The new commmand line to start evebot is identical to the old command line to start evebot. It hasn't changed.

Well, one exception, if you're doing "run evebot stable_beta", then just do "run evebot" now.

EVESalvage 3.5 is fully functioning now and working as designed: http://www.isxgames.com/forums/showthread.php/2111-EVESalvage-v-3-5

Also, I understand that salvage functionality has been added to EVEBot, so you should be sure to update EVEBot via SVN (which you should do regularly anyway.)
