Thought I would start a thread about the new zone.
I've given some basic information that I have about the zone. I've ranked them on a scale of 1-10. 1 Being easy, 10 being hard.
If you kill the first namer on easy mode, all other namers will be easy mode. I couldn't kill him on hard mode, so here are the easy mode details.
Disclaimer:
While I found easy modes VERY easy, this doesn't mean you're going to come into the zone with 4 people with RoK gear and clear it. If you are trying to do this with complete scrubs, then this won't be as easy as I found it.
First namer: Rhee'Gor
Hard mode:
Scale: 10 (luck based).
Information 1: (6 individual players)
First named: the trick here is really just dps. I would say 160k is a minimum in order to realistically expect to kill it. The 3 times i've killed it so far with a group we had 185k, 200k, and 225k dps. It died in ~1:30.
Information 2: (bot group)
Hits VERY hard with a frontal. Memwipes, if your tank doesn't get aggro on him ASAP, he'll 1 shot most of the people in your group with his frontal (30k average hit on my group).
He curses every once in a while, it seems to be interuptable. The curse just reduces healing received by 60%.
He does an axe throw which puts a nox on a random target. Reverse Axe throw. Inflicts massive slashing/disease damage over time. Does around 25-50% of your health every 5 seconds, so you want it cured (can be done with cure pots or 1 person since it's 1 at a time) easy.
So far my best pull on him was getting him to 1/2 health (85k DPS when I died). Just ran out of rescues, or the very second he mem wipes he would turn and attack before being able to do anything at all.
Okay, just did another pull, lasted 2 minutes 20 seconds or so, he only mem wiped twice. So there is more going on here!
Another pull around 2 minutes.. this time he chained mem wiped, I bet 6-8 times.
Either I'm missing something, or we have another "luck or kill it with gear" type of fight. If he memwipes and his auto attack is 0.1s from attacking, he'll end up killing multiple people in your group.
In my group setup I have 3 people under 25khp (lowest is 22k), and those 3 get 1 shotted every single time. Some times this happens at 30s, other times at 2 minutes.
I'm hoping I'm just missing something about this fight, but as-in, good luck botting it..
I burned through 200% of gear (1 mender bot) and my best pulls were 50% (around the 2 minute mark doing around 85k dps each time).
Killing him on easy mode and will continue...
Easy mode:
Pull and afk.. no memwipes nothing.
Hits relatively hard.
Scale: 1.
Second namer: Treskar throatpuncher
Hard mode:
Second named: Again heavy dps check. This fight is very similar to the easy mode but now the add (~2 million hp) heals the named if its not killed within around 20 seconds. On top of that he does a focus damage percentage (90% iirc) based aoe. The aoe really needs to be jousted. Did this fight in 7.5 minutes with ~100k dps.
Easy mode:
He chain stuns/stifles/fears/knock backs the tank.
He spawns mana souls. If you leave them up too long, they heal him for 20%. They take quite a while, so if you are lazy like me, just keep burning the named.
He seems to do some mana drain where it takes you to 33% mana or so. So you have to be able to maintain mana around 33%.
Scale: 2. Would have got a 1 but the stuns/stifles/fears make it a 2!
Third namer: Anathraxxis Fetidspine
Hard mode:
Third named: This is the toughest fight in the zone imo. Has a hard hitting trauma/disease based aoe. At 90% or so he starts spawning goos on the ground which knock you up every 2 seconds. There are 2 ways to combat this. Either move (and you need to move pretty far) every time one spawns, or bring a couple of aoe auto attack type classes. AoE auto attack appears to be the only way to kill the goos as normal free AoE's do not affect them.
At 40% he starts spawning an add about once every 10 seconds or so until he is killed. At 15% he stops spawning goos. Killed this named in 6:18 with ~120k dps. The adds do not despawn when the named dies. We had around 10-12 up by the time we killed it. We used 2 healers for this fight.
Easy mode:
General information:
Ooze spawns, if let alive, it will knock back anyone within a pretty large radius every 2 seconds. This makes it extremely difficult to cast spells.
Method 1:
Tank and spank. To do this, everyone has to be within melee range of the mob. You MUST have at least 1 person with some kind of AE auto attack. The ooze will die to AE auto attack. Doing the fight this way results in a very easy kill.
Scale: 1
Method 2:
Joust the ooze. When the ooze spawns, move away from it. You have to move pretty far, so this isn't ideal, and is much more difficult.
Scale: 5
He does something with ooze or something, but I couldn't tell if it was doing anything so I ignored it.
Others have reported a nasty AE or frontal when pulling him or something with the ooze. I recommend being prepared for the fight when you pull him (wards/reactives up etc).
Scale: 1
Fouth namer: Deathbone Lord Krasick
General information:
When portals spawn, standing near them will result in taking massive damage.
Hard mode:
Fourth Named: Not too hard with 2 healers. He spawns adds at various percentages.. a total of 5 times i believe. The adds heal themselves and all aoe auto attack. As the fight goes on, large red circles start appearing on the ground where a meteor will come flying down and knock you away, do ~10% of your health in damage, and stun you if you do not move out of the circle. These occur with increased frequency as the fight goes one and by the time you get the named to 10% they are occuring every few seconds. Portals will also spawn around the room that deal damage if you stand in them.
The fight is very easy until about the last 10%. Once the named hits this threshold, he spawns more adds (4) but instead of going immune and rooting himself, he continues to attack you. The adds + the named will cause an incredible amount of incoming damage on the tank which would not be such a big deal except you have to constantly be moving out of range of the meteors by this point. All the moving makes it very difficult to sustain high dps on the adds.
Every kill has lasted ~15+ minutes for us on this fight with ~60k dps.
Easy mode:
Tank and spank. When he goes immune, he spawns adds, kill them and he becomes killable. I believe it's every 20% the adds come.
Scale: 1 (I'm actually writing this while I'm killing him.. zzzz).
That's it..
Easy mode of this zone seems to be an entry level zone. MUCH easier than cella, palace, vig's etc.
Hard mode - So far kicks my ass.
